Enfield Planning Committee endorses proposals

At Enfield’s Planning Committee on 19th September planning permission was granted to Social Capital Partners for a 100-bed, 100% social rent scheme at 2 Moorfield Road, Enfield. 

Working alongside architects HTA Design and planning consultants Savills, Concilio undertook an extensive engagement programme with one of the most diverse communities in London. 

All consultation material was translated into a variety of languages, with a strong digital presence combining with in-person events. 

Concilio is the most active agency working in Enfield, with projects including the Arnos Grove and Cockfosters Car Park developments for TfL, Meridian Water with Countryside, Heritage House for British Land and the Edmonton Green Shopping Centre redevelopment for Crosstree.
