Westminster City Council’s planning committee has granted approval for a mixed se development of 32 homes and 10,978 sqm of office space at the 114-150 Queensway Parade. 

Designed by Foster & Partners on behalf of MB (QW), the building will be known as The William, complementing the redevelopment of The Whiteley on the opposite side of Queensway. 

Concilio undertook all public engagement for the application, undertaking a number of consultation events, door knocking, stakeholder meetings and Councillor briefings.
