Plans announced for 600 new homes on Humber Doucy Lane
Supporting Barratt and Hopkins Homes in Ipswich/East Suffolk

We are delighted to have launched the consultation for Barratt David Wilson Homes and Hopkins Homes as they look to deliver 600 homes on Humber Doucy Lane, Ipswich. 

The site is allocated for residential development in both the Ipswich and East Suffolk Local Plans, with the site resting in both authorities. 

We have launched a consultation website - https://humberdoucylane.co.uk/ - and organised an event at Rushmere Village Hall that over 200 people attended.  

Further consultation is planned for the New Year.
