Cambridge City Council granted planning permission for the latest Cambridge Investment Partnership scheme (CIP) at Colville Road (Phase 3), which will provide 48 low carbon council-rented homes and flexible commercial space for businesses.

Concilio worked with CIP on the community consultation for the scheme.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions at the time, Concilio organised a digital consultation, which consisted of a website using our Your Say platform detailing the proposals, mailings to the local community, virtual stakeholder meetings and a public webinar.
