Plans unveiled for major new Cambridge office development
Kadans Science Partner propose sustainable office and lab space at Merlin Place

Concilio has launched a consultation for the proposals from Kadans Science Partner at Merlin Place, North East Cambridge.

The plans propose high-quality office and lab space, a café and significant public realm improvements.

The aspiration is that Merlin Place will be BREAM Outstanding, working towards a whole-life net-zero carbon lab building. A net biodiversity gain of +20% is also being targeted.
