Promoting new East-West Link for Imperial
A new link will make connectivity easier between White City and North Kensington

Over four days the the Concilio team of Charlie Lovett (Senior Account Manager), Charles Begg (Account Manager), Jack Baker-Merry (Account Manager), Patrick Ging (Account Executive), Sehj Kaur (Account Executive) and Martha Donald (Account Executive) consulted on Imperial College’s proposal for the East-West Link – a new pedestrianised public underpass connecting the communities of White City and North Kensington.

The public exhibitions were held at UNDR just beneath the Westway in Ladbroke Grove, the West London Bowling Club in North Kensington and the I-Hub and Invention Rooms on the Imperial White City campus.

The proposed Underpass will deliver:

  • A key piece of public infrastructure linking communities in White City and North Kensington
  • Improved access to local facilities, amenities and public spaces
  • A well-lit, secure and maintained route with clear lines of sight
  • An opportunity for new public art that will create a vibrant, welcoming space
  • An attractive design with planting around both entrances

Over one hundred people engaged with the consultation, giving positive feedback about how the Underpass will reduce journey times and bring the two communities closer together.
