Through the Cambridge Investment Partnership - a JV between Cambridge City Council and Hill - the City Council has committed to provide more council housing at Fanshawe Road. 

In place of the existing 30 flats, CIP is proposing a development of 84 high-quality, new 1, 2 and 3 bed homes, including at least 40% council housing. 

The homes will be built to the Passivhaus standard of sustainability, with a large central space created that will provide a green corridor between Fanshawe Road and Coleridge Recreation Ground.
