Concilio has launched a public consultation on Staycity Group's proposals for a new, modern and sustainable hotel on Great Eastern Road, Stratford.

As part of our engagement, we developed a dedicated consultation website and an online survey. We also hosted two drop-in public exhibition events to gather feedback and ensure that local residents can benefit from the proposals.

The proposals aim to transform an undeveloped brownfield site into a high-quality Aparthotel, complemented by a publicly accessible café or food and beverage offering to enhance the area's sense of place.
