The owner of Buspace Studios in Kensal Town has launched a consultation on long-term ambitions to redevelop, expand, and improve the site to ensure Buspace continues to be the go-to destination for businesses in the area.

The proposals are for 6,265sqm flexible office space alongside 30 new homes in a landmark designed for low operational carbon.

Concilio is undertaking a consultation comprising engagement with existing tenants, local community and political stakeholders, and wider residents through a consultation website, exhibition and webinar.
