We are pleased to be supporting Dominus with the proposals for the sustainable refurbishment of 65 Fleet Street.

The plan is to reimagine the vacant site to deliver high-quality, professionally-managed student accommodation to support the growth of the higher education sector in the Square Mile and the rest of London.

Alongside this, Dominus are also looking to provide a long-term future for The Tipperary, the City of London’s first Irish pub, which is on the ground floor of the building and has been closed for a number of years.
