The Concilio team was delighted to organise a community fun day for Hill Group to begin discussions with the community in Hardwick in support of a proposed land allocation in the Greater Cambridge Local Plan. 

The brief was to attract as many residents as possible, enabling open discussions on how this site could integrate with the Village and which facilities could be provided to ensure a wider range of services. Lots of ideas were shared and it was a positive event: lots of connects made and ideas shared.

Hundreds attended, including Parish and District Councillors, with families bringing children to use the soft play and decorate the bug hotels we provided as activities.

For the adults we offered afternoon tea and complimentary coffee from the excellent Thomas Roass and his VG Coffee company, providing vegan coffee and cake. We have worked with Tom on a number of events in Cambs and South Cambs and can’t recommend him and the business highly enough.
