Concilio has undertaken engagement on behalf of NEAT Developments and Royal London for a proposed innovative new industrial hub at the site of Capitol Industrial Park in the LB of Brent.

Located at the junction of Capitol Way and Stag Lane, the proposals are for a new innovative industrial hub to replace a currently empty warehouse to create job opportunities and support local businesses with flexible workspace.

Concilio organised a well-attended exhibition at the nearby Christian Fellowship Church engaging a large number of responses from the local community.
