The Concilio team of Nick Dines, Nathan Parsad-Wyatt, Siddo Dwyer, Charles Begg and Rochelle Blakeman attended the London Property Alliance event The Future of the West End this week, hosted at One Great Cumberland Place.
The event started with a fascinating presentation from Lucy Dowling from Knight Frank that looked at the Westminster leasing market, highlighting the modest delivery of new stock, the fact there is almost zero new build vacancy and the growth in prime rents.
There then followed a discission, chaired by Simon Loomes (The Portman Estate), with Dee Corsi (New West End Company), Holly Harrington (Great Portland Estate) and Andrew Hearne (The Crown Estate) discussing what is needed to ensure the future vibrancy and growth of the West End.
Another great event from the LPA, organised with the New West End Company and The Portman Estate.
