Plans by Castelforge for the refurbishment and extension of One Golden Lane in the City of London were approved by the Planning and Transportation Committee. 

The proposals will: 

Deliver a highly sustainable building in terms of both embedded and operational carbon; 

Showcase high-quality architecture that enhances the local area and heritage assets 

Future proof the building by ensuring it meets current occupier demands; and  

Delivers an uplift in net lettable floorspace of 1,117 sqm. 

Concilio udnetook considerable engagement in support of the application including two rounds of consultation events, webinars and a number of meetings with local residents.
