Two successful planning permissions in Westminster

Concilio supported two applications successfully at Westminster City Council’s planning Committee on Tuesday March 21st 2023. 

The first was for the refurbishment and extension of the 1970’s built 7 Northumberland Street to provide a modern and sustainable workplace.  

The building is located in the heart of Westminster, located between Charing Cross Railway Station and Trafalgar Square. Working alongside Savills and Marek Wojciechowski Architects Concilio managed the community and stakeholder engagement in support of the planning application. 

The second application was at 7 Burlington Gardens on behalf of Restoration Hardware.  

The application proposed the sensitive refurbishment of the building to create a new flagship retail and hospitality destination in the heart of Mayfair. 

Concilio managed the community and stakeholder engagement, planning was ruby Savills with Montagu Evans advising on heritage and Foster and Partners the architects.
