Two West End schemes approved in the past month

Concilio has had two applications in the heart of the City of Westminster approved in June.

An application at 34-37 Eastcastle Street to redevelop the existing buildings to create high quality office and retail space befitting the sites position in London’s West End was approved last week. Concilio handled all aspects of public consultation, political and community engagement on this project and we were delighted to see this fantastic scheme gain approval.

An application to convert an existing car showroom at Connaught House on the corner of Mount Street & Davies Street, Mayfair into a restaurant was also approved. Concilio handled the public consultation, political engagement and liaised with residents over the past six months to ensure concerns were alleviated where possible. We were delighted that Westminster’s Planning Committee unanimously approved the application welcoming the investment.
