Ealing Council has unanimously approved plans for a new world-class data centre campus, high-quality industrial spaces, affordable workspace, and food and beverage facilities in Southall, following public consultation led by Concilio.

The proposals also include two new public spaces including the planting of 153 new trees and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) of 79.4%. Additionally, the industrial campus will be heated by waste heat from the Data Centres.

Concilio were pleased to support Global Technical Realty’s proposals through three rounds of public consultation held between September 2024 and February 2025.
